Engine Turbocharged 4-Cylinder working gear driven Model - Easy Print
thingiverse
You're here because you don't have flexible filament for the belt of the belt-driven version - or maybe you just love gears. That's okay, this one is definitely worth your time! Inside the thing files, you'll find all the specific parts required for the gear-driven version that are different from the base model, the belt-driven engine. Use the parts list on the assembly drawing (https://i.imgur.com/HDP7BVb.jpg) to figure out which parts you need to import from the other model. Make sure all gears spin freely. If they don't, try sliding them sideways on their mounting bolt until it gets better. Alternatively, print slower if the first method doesn't work. If you're missing that specific electric motor, simply leave it and the starter_gear1 out - or ditch the starter motor entirely, since this version doesn't need it for the engine to function. For all other information and instructions, head over to the belt-driven model! Happy printing! ~Steiner3D
