You can either 3d print or lasercut the ECP of the H145. I strongly recommend lasercutting, since that will give you better results. You need three 220x70mm white acrylic sheets (3mm thickness) , which will be glued together, sanded on the edges to hide the single sheets, painted black and then engraved with the laser. See also my Engine Master or my Backpanel which will fit perfectly with this design.
