Engine Bracket V2.1

To enhance the original part, I employed topology optimization techniques to remove excess material. Subsequently, I constructed it based on the refined mesh, leading to superior outcomes, particularly in uniform stress distribution below the component. The entire process took 6 hours (4.0 GHz i7 - 24GB RAM) for optimization and 40 minutes for mesh post-processing. Organic surface modeling consumed approximately 10 hours. Initially, the part weighed 2051g; after a 73% reduction in Phase I (554g), the optimized Case 1 exhibited a maximum displacement of 0.605mm and a max von Mises stress of 123.2 ksi with an RMS value of 18.98 ksi.
