Start the engine by turning the key clockwise while simultaneously applying gentle pressure to the gas pedal. Next, engage the clutch by pushing the pedal all the way down with your left foot. Now, carefully place the rubber ring onto the metal rim of the tire and secure it in place using a strong adhesive such as 3M's Scotch-Weld or equivalent.
