You can open the model in 3ds Max 2010. There's also a script available that transforms tris to quads on any model, not just this one - it comes with the software as vb_quadrangulate. Additionally, you have access to scripts for retopology of models, which work on any model but are specifically gifted for this one, namely instant meshes bridge and instant meshes. The model is compatible in 3ds Max, FBX, and OBJ formats.
