Enfys Nest Battle Helmet Get the new battle helmet text to print, or engrave it on your model if you prefer. The Cloud-Riders' fearless leader Enfys Nest wears this kind of battle helmet. Find more at http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Battle_helmet. This wearable helmet is quite large and meant to be post-processed after 3D printing. The design was inspired by a dolphin skull. You will receive pieces of the helmet ready for 3D printing, along with complete helmet files that have not been cut into smaller parts. May you find peace. SCALE At full scale, here are the dimensions inside the helmet: Width: approximately 180 mm (7 inches) Length: approximately 240 mm (9.5 inches) Outside dimension measurements at full scale: Width: approximately 370 mm (15.6 inches) Length: approximately 603 mm (23.7 inches) Height: approximately 517 mm (20.4 inches) The helmet shell is approximately 6mm thick. To achieve a comfortable fit, scale the model to your head size and then add cushioning on the inside of the helmet. PRINTER SETTINGS This big helmet requires post-processing after printing. Use FDM printers with layer heights ranging from 0.1 to 0.3 mm for best results. All parts are aligned to the print bed for easy handling, reducing the need for printing supports. Use a brim on the helmets' shell parts because of their height and thin thickness. This ensures the parts remain securely attached to the print platform throughout the entire printing process.
