Energy Baton (Futurama)

This is the energy baton from Futurama, a lightsaber-like weapon that doesn't cut but is a blunt object. URL and Smitty use them as their primary weapons to stop crime. I designed this in Fusion 360 working off two images. One image is of a build done by Vektor on therebelarmory.com who did an amazing real-life model out of aluminum with incredible detail and technical mastery. It's worth taking a look. This is one of those prints where I'd just paint and prime over and over to get a perfect finish on the model. It'll sand and buff really nice, requiring some elbow grease or maybe whale oil.
