This enclosure is specifically designed to house the Tiny BMS s516 manufactured by EnergusPS. The BMS board comes as an OEM solution but lacks a suitable mounting and protection option, which this enclosure effectively addresses. It securely accommodates the board with its built-in Bluetooth module and organizes the cabling. Some key considerations and design decisions were made: * To maintain a compact solution, the enclosure is only slightly larger than the board itself. * The Bluetooth module has a dedicated compartment to keep it organized and easily accessible. * Multiple mounting lips are provided for secure attachment; however, any unnecessary ones can be removed. * Ventilation holes are strategically placed on both the bottom and top (lid) parts of the enclosure. This may seem excessive given the minimal heat output from the shunt resistor, but it provides added assurance against overheating. * The lid is included as a standard feature but can easily be replaced with a plain piece of plastic, such as plexiglass or polycarbonate, for customization options. * Using spacers during mounting on a flat surface is recommended to ensure a secure and stable fit.
