Endurance Laser 9mm Lens Flange
thingiverse
This is for the Endurance 10-watt laser to accommodate the G7 lens, which in my case wasn't within the correct focus range, so I threaded it into the laser. The threads are 9mm x 0.5, very fine and may require chasing by a tap. There are two versions; one has an extension for threading in the lens, while the other does not. I used the extended version initially to align the lens without crossing the threads. After threading, I removed about 2mm of the extension. The adapter is connected to the laser body using 2 M4 x 10mm screws, which were tapped into the space between the fins of the cooler. If you have a tap, it would be better to print the version without an extension and just tap it. I'm still a bit concerned about melting the lens, but heat doesn't seem to be a major issue. I haven't done any really long cuts or scans yet.
