The opto endstops holders and flags in the reprap Wallace are designed from scratch using Blender for M6 rods. The Y-flag is a derivative of the Z-flag from Thingiverse's model 8509. For assembly instructions, check out the pictures taken with my cellphone; I will try to take better photos with more light soon.
