Endstop Trigger, any axis
thingiverse
Based on Zaggo's Z-axis endstop trigger, these set of endstops are provided for other axes. The Sketchup files allow easy modification of the stick length to suit your machine. To use, adjust the stick length using Sketchup, export as STL format with the help of a plug-in, and then generate gcode using Skeinforge. These sticks fit over any laser-cut wood frames used in X and Y stages, aligning with the optical endstop opening. Secure it with hot glue. For the negative Z axis, shorten the stick by approximately 1mm from where the extruder hits the build plate to prevent false triggers. Fine-tune this by adding black electrical tape on the end to trigger at the exact build plate level, enabling precise positioning of the extruder over the plate.
