The bolt end is designed to work with standard optoisolators on optical end stops. Ensure the nut hole size accommodates a nylock (9.4mm was suitable for a #6 but tight on some printers). Securely fit the nylock into place using CA glue if necessary, then tighten the striker bolt in position. Note that 6-32 bolts require 1/2 turn increments to ensure proper fitment, providing approximately 400 microns of step size. Testing results forthcoming.
