Endstop replacement for sensorless homing
thingiverse
If you switch to sensorless homing and your printer still uses an endstop switch, tuning sensitivity can be a real challenge due to the spring mechanism of the endstop. To solve this issue, I've created a drop-in replacement for the switch. You may need to drill holes with a 2 or 2.5 mm bit to install it correctly. I've tested the design in ABS with an infill percentage of 30%, but it should also work well with PLA.
