Endstop Brackets for the QU-BD Two up
thingiverse
These have now been tested and printed for the Z and X Axis. The X axis requires an additional part that I will model and make over the next few days, so stay tuned for updates. These brackets are specifically designed for the endstop switches of the QU-BD Two up 3d printer and take into account the newer models featuring a shaft coupler. To use these brackets, you'll need certain hardware and modifications: Modifications needed: The X axis requires modification of part "N" to clear the bolt holding the x stepper or removal of that fourth bolt completely, which results in an additional 15mm of build area. The z trigger needs a #8 screw drilled into the x gantry. I removed part "O", but this did not compromise structural integrity. Required hardware: Two M3x0.5 x 20mm bolts. Three endstop switches with mounting holes measuring 0.75 inches in diameter. Two #8x1 inch screws. Updates: Initial upload and test occurred on March 31st, 2015.
