Endstop Addon for Sapphire Pro corexy
thingiverse
Spacing piece for triggering the endstops on the x and y axes earlier. The issue with the Sapphire Pro is that the endstop switches are too far back. Either during movements in the y-direction, the cable for the heat bed or hotend thermistor gets damaged when it constantly rubs against the z-axis bearings. Or, during movements in the x-direction, there may be interference with the belt at the first pulley. Depending on how you attach the belt to the hotend carriage. This add-on serves both endstops simultaneously. The remaining print area is now 220mm x 220mm. But let's be honest, the actual print area of this printer was never even 235mm x 235mm as claimed by the manufacturer. To install, only two screws need to be removed, and possibly replaced with ten millimeter long screws.
