Enders Gas Bottle Protector

Since I couldn't find anything similar here, I've created my own file and it's freely available to everyone for private purposes only. This fitting is used for safety through stability and to protect the paintwork from scratches on the gas grill caused by the gas bottle. The complete application is available for download as an STL file, along with quartered components so that it can also be produced on smaller printers. Four pieces of it are then required, which are connected by a wooden base plate with spacers, always installed for reasons of stability. This fitting is designed to fit a gas grill from Enders (Boston Black 4 IKR Turbo) and fits a 5 kg gas bottle. By scaling, it's certainly adaptable to other devices and bottle sizes. Dimensions that the fitting cpl. as well as the 4 parts result in: Height (inside): 93.20 mm Height (outside): 96.20 mm Diameter (inside): 237 mm Diameter (outside): 243 mm Wall thickness: 3mm Measured at a scale of 100%! Depending on the printer accuracy and material shrinkage, a test print may have to be made to obtain the required dimensions. It's easy to print upside down, no support is required.
