Ender5 Direct Drive - BMG - STK Hotend + STK Extruder

This is a custom mount for a BMG extruder & motor that attaches to the X-Carriage plate on top of an Ender 5.\r\n\r\nTo install, take off the left X-carriage wheel and slide the mount over the plate. Put back the wheels and move the extruder and motor to their new home. Adjust the tension of the X-Axis as necessary.\r\n\r\nThis setup uses a Bowden tube between the standard hotend and the BMG mounted on top. Note that I don't have the exact length of the tube at this time.\r\n\r\nI'm working on multiple projects involving hotends and extruders right now, but I haven't finished everything yet. My clone extruders haven't been performing great so far, so I've switched back to a Red Aluminum extruder in Direct Drive mode.\r\n\r\nCheck out my Ender 5 Stock Direct Drive mount on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3815676. This mount is similar but has the motor positioned towards the printer's rear.
