Ender3S1Pro Z Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
Printed bearing needs basic assembly, place 5 rollers in the outer case while vertical then fit the middle and slide the rest in, locate the small divot on inside of case to fit last couple. Post is slotted to allow aligning so belt is central, then fit bearing in place and gently tension belt (not recommended too tight).Bearing parts are fiddly to print, speed very slow first layer and onwards as a mild pace. I didn't use a brim (print on g10 sheet), but your milage may vary. No lubrication as it isn't a high speed application. PLA @.12 layer height. Parts needed M4x20 & nut, 2x M3x8 bolts and M3 Tnuts.
