Ender3 V2 Neo Y axis cover for Microswiss NG
thingiverse
This is a remix of a file from Printables. Link: https://www.printables.com/en/model/417661-ender-3-v2-neo-y-axis-limit-switch-housing I moved the limit switch back 5mm which gave me back print area lost because the Microswiss NG has different nozzle position. it should be printed with supports, PLA as fine, be very careful not to break the little tabs that hook into the motor housing. I highly recommend combining this with this file here to solve the X axis limit switch problem where you lose around 28mm in the X axis witrh the NG: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5825973 Combine these two things with the following gcode M206 X10.0 Y5.0 Z0.0 M500 ; Store Settings M117 Saved! Paste this into Notepad and save with a .gcode filename, and "print" it on your printer. You may want to double check the offsets, the V2 Neo from the factory has a 12mm X axis offset, and all going well after this stuff the nozzle should be between 10 and 12mm from the edge of the build plate in the X axis 0.0 position which is what it does in stock form. mine sits about 5mm from the back edge of the plate in the Y220.0 position. you can easily modify this gcode should things be off, just make sure you home your printer before runnng the gcode, if you don't want belts skipping. Just like that you have solved the problems that caused Microswiss to deem the NG incompatible with the V2 Neo.
