Ender3 v2 BLTouch Bracket
thingiverse
This is my take on an BLTouch bracket for the Ender3 v2. The metal bracket that came with my BLTouch did not fit so I decided to make my own. The bracket is fairly easy to print. I printed mine using 100% fill using rectilinear pattern. Other than that no supports or special treatments were needed. This bracket re-uses all the screws that came with the BLTouch bracket and does not require removal of the extruder fan cover or the extruder wheels. Simply bolts to the extruder bracket by the provided two screws The two holes for the BLTouch are sized such that they are "self threading". That is, the BLTouch can be securely fastened to the bracket by slowly screwing the BLTouch mounting screws at a half-turn forward / quarter turn back rate to break up any plastic buildup in the hole. The installation was as follows: 1. Print bracket 2. Screw in BLTouch 3. Screw in bracket to extruder bracket 4. Attach BLTouch cable (this is a bit of a pain but doable using a small flat head screwdriver) CAD is publicly available at: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/c92acca2eebb2f253c32c6cd/w/449024de19825fbaa4b2353f/e/53881edb176eeae754102d4d
