Ender3 Superfly Bowden Remix

This is a remix of Mustcode and NikNakTak Superfly to work as a bowden system on a Creality Ender 3. The advantage of bowden system is the light weight of the print head. But it can do better with a geared extruder like the bmg. The main issue faced when trying to install a bmg on the Ender 3 is the body case hitting the z-axis lead screw. (Note: For some Ender 3 with the slotted lead screw cut-out, there is no issue) I use the design approach from both and redraw from scratch in Fusion360. Parts from several clone bmgs were tested (29mm and 28.2mm shaft). 1. The position of holes for the filament to enter is adjusted so that the shafted gear will not bite too much into the filament, This is to prevent softer filament being chewed up during retraction. 2. The latch (or tensioner) is beefed up and added a 0.3mm slotted hole for the hinge. This allows the latch to slide instead of rotate when filament is installed, both gears are more or less parallel providing better grip on the filament. 3. The carrier should be able to accommodate both 28.2mm or 29mm shaft from the clone BMG parts. 4. The design is optimize for printing at 0.2mm layer height. It took about 3hours to print in carbon fiber petg @ 40mm/s with ironing on all flat areas. . BOM: 1. Filament input side has a 4mm hole for a ptfe tube as a filament guide. 2. Filament output side will require a PC4-M6 coupler (same one as the ender 3 stock extruder). 3. 1pcs brass insert nut for the latch (I designed for a M3x4.6x4 insert) 4. 2pcs M3x8 or M3x10 screw to secure extruder to stepper motor. 5. 1pcs M3x20 screw for the hinge (please see image of how it is installed. cause one hole is smaller for the screw to self-tap 6. bmg parts. my test are done with parts of clone bmgs bought from Aliexpress. There are are many variation and quality out there. The most horrible one was from fysetc. The teeth reminds me of a tobacco-chewer... almost non-existence. lol . Would like to credit MustCode for coming up with the idea and NikNakTak for the remix. I the spirit of open-source, I will be sharing the STEP files once I add any design feedbacks from users. Do note that this is more or less a work-in-progress. It may turn out well for some, and not for others. So don't go all Karen on me if it does not.
