With this innovative design, you'll never again face the frustrating issues associated with a weak Extruder spring. No more worrying about parts breaking off - like the Extruder arm on my Ender3, which shattered twice under the strain. And goodbye to trouble removing filament. This game-changing design utilizes a robust M3 flat head Philips screw (at least 13mm long) to securely clamp the filament to the Extruder Gear (d = 11mm). The result is a rock-solid connection that resists wear and tear over time. To set up this amazing upgrade, simply attach the screw to the Holder with some strong adhesive, insert a nut into the Lever, and screw in the ball-bearing, which will press against the extruder. Then, swap out your existing extruder for this brilliant new design - no post-processing required! Before embarking on a print job, take a moment to perform a test extrusion to ensure that just the right amount of material is being extruded. If you encounter any issues with this design, please don't hesitate to leave a comment. I'll do my best to troubleshoot and provide a solution. Keep in mind that this design is still a work-in-progress, and future versions will be even better!
