Ender3 Rail End Cap For Cables

Here is another useful print I whipped up to help with cable management on my Ender 3 and Ender 3 pro. I'm kind of a cable management fanatic; the frame rails on the Ender 3 are hollow and a great place to stash extra cable lengths that you would, otherwise, have to wrap up and zip tie behind your printer. So, I put together this end cap that will fit perfectly with the stock end caps already on your printer except that it sticks out just a bit further and has a groove through it where you can run your cables. I've included the Fusion 360 file in case you need to make modifications for different sized cables or use it as a base for making something else entirely.
