Ender3 Pro V2 Fan Silencer - Remixed

I started with the Ender3 Pro V2 Fan Silencer by yoyoman2020. Unfortunately, the screw holes were not correctly spaced for my power supply. The edge screw was too far from the edge and caused the shroud to extend past the edge of the power supply, which meant I would have needed to add spacers between the vertical support and the power supply. I didn't want to do that. Additionally, the relative position for the two screw holes did not match my power supply. This model positions the holes correctly, relative to each other, and shifts the whole shroud away from the edge of the power supply by about 9mm, so there is plenty of clearance. This significantly reduces the fan noise from my power supply
