Warning: This mod requires opening up the Powersupply. Always unplug the Machine before doing that! Also be carefull, the capacitors inside will hold a charge even after unplugging it! In my ongoing effort to make my Ender 3 Pro silent I wanted to replace the PSU Fan as it is defently the noisiest fan of the Machine. A look inside the PSU which is called Meanwell LRS-350-24 in my case revealed a 12V Fan. so i decided to buy a Noctua NF-A9x14 which is a 92x14mm 12V Fan. Do not worry about the fan having 4Pins. Hooking up the two Power Pins is enaugh to make it start spinning up. A fitting adapter came with the Fan. However i needed to swap the adepters 2 pins to match the polarity of the PSUs Connector. I Designed this Model to fit the Fan to the PSU. It replaces the original Metal Cover. Original Screws can be used to attatch it to the PSU. The Fan came with rubber plugs which can be used to attatch it to the Case The Model was desinged in FreeCad and its files are uploaded with the Model. It is Parameterized so it should be easy to make it fit a fan with other dimensions. When printing, enable Support in your Slicer to be able to print the lower screw holes. Also use Support Horizontal Expansion of something like 2mm as my supports fell over but i was able to mac-gyver an alternative support.
