Ender3 Pro Ikea Enclosure
thingiverse
This is a remix of the enclosure for my Ender3 Pro based on Ikea products, thanks to rclsilver who convinced me to move away from the original design due to its shortcomings. This one is a bit more expensive, but it's definitely an improvement! As I wanted a lower (140) and deeper (60 here) enclosure, I used different Ikea references than those in the original design from rclsilver. 1 x Kitchen furniture METOD 60x60x140: 203.854.74 1 x Glass door SINDVIK 60x64: 902.918.58 1 x Door SÄVEDAL 60x80: 702.930.09 1 x Shelf UTRUSTA 60x60: 502.056.12 1 x Wheel RILL: 966.713.00 1 x Hinge BESTA (for the glass door): 802.612.58 1 x Hinge UTRUSTA (for the bottom door): 202.619.92 2 x Ledberg: 304.009.35 As this enclosure is a combination of several models, be prepared to do some tinkering (and the top door will exceed the enclosure by about 2cm). You may need to cut a bit from the right top plate due to the hinge. For the filament guide, I redesigned the main part to add extra length and used a solid part from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3061551 instead of an 608 bearing, replacing the pin with an M3X20 + 3 nuts. The Ledberg contains three sticks; I plugged two into the right and left sides and used the last one in each package for the front light. To connect them together, I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4440834, a remix by myself.
