Ender3 Power Supply Cover
thingiverse
Hello Everyone! I recently upgraded my printer with LED lighting and a Raspberry PI, and I wanted to keep everything organized. My friend Jud Smales was working on a Power Supply cover at the same time, so we combined our efforts to create this project. To power both +12V and +5V circuits, I found two small power supplies on eBay that worked perfectly for my needs. I secured them to the standoffs using M3x6 screws. Moving the switch outwards gave me more room inside the printer for the tangled wires and inline fuses that were added. Check out these compact DC-DC converters on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/5A-DC-DC-Buck-Step-down-4-38V-to-3-3V-6V-9V-12V-24V-Converter-Voltage-Regulator-/262998248346?hash=item3d3beacb9a Before connecting your load, power up the converters and adjust the output voltage to suit your specific application. I used quick disconnects for easy installation and maintenance. Enjoy! -Shins
