This is a fusion of SoBaldrick's 'Ender 3 Lid' and RohaniSousBois' 'Ender 3 Power Supply Fan Silencer'. The fan grill from the lid was removed, then the fan silencer was resized to fit the stock 40mm motherboard fan. Next, the fan silencer was extended to reach the edge of the cover. This modification should prevent the motherboard fan from drawing in filament and reduce noise levels significantly. To secure the modified fan, screws a few millimeters longer than standard will be needed, along with nuts for these screws. The remaining screws used to connect the cover to the rest of the enclosure will still fit perfectly.
