Ender3 Hotend Shroud

I altered the angle of the top vents so they aren't sticking up so much. I also added a cutout for decoration to the front and a recess inside of the shroud to allow for the placement of the included grill. The .stl for the grill is just a solid shape. You can print in an alternate color as-is and glue it in place to give the flame cutout a different color, or you can print that file in vase mode (0 top and bottom layers, 50% infill in a pattern you like) and glue that in. Pictures attached show vase mode print with full honeycomb infill (Siimplify3d). Print it at 99% so it is scaled down a bit and can fit into the cutout in the hot-end shroud. I also added spots for magnets on the back of the shroud. The tabs fit snugly on their own, but the magnets add some extra insurance. I used 5mm round rare earth magnets from Amazon. Held in place with super glue. Update 2022/07/15: I uploaded a second version of the shroud to hopefully address an issue I've noted with the original file. The area at the sides closest to the face with the flame cutout seems to have been intended to permit some ventilation ports but those ports do not seem to print properly. What happens instead is the walls get very thin there and look a bit uneven. The second file ("Ender3_Hotend_Shroud(proper_side_vents).stl") intends to handle this by including four total rectangular vent cutouts (two per side). I recommend printing this version for a cleaner look. Also, note that some cleanup might be required depending on your nozzle size. Smaller nozzles work better but even a .4mm nozzle will print the vents as single wide rectangles with a little nib to file off where the middle support is. I am including a picture of the updated shroud printed with a .3mm nozzle.
