Ender3 Holder for M3D Spools
thingiverse
I adapted a couple of elements from mykos' IKEA design to craft a spool holder that fits M3D spools perfectly. I had several small spools lying around, and their 30mm center hole is too narrow for the standard Ender3 hub. My mounting base slides down over the top of the Ender3 stock metal spool bracket instead of using the twist-lock nut. Then the hub simply slots into place. I plan to create a larger slot-in hub for regular-sized spools next. The hub consists of two parts, the ones with the pins and holes, that need to be glued together using cyanoacrylate glue, such as Superglue. This makes them easy to print without supports.
