Ender3 filament guide, z-axis bearing and cup for filament cleaning/lubrication
cults3d
It's not like I had no filament guide before, it's the third actually. And it has 3 purposes: - guiding the filament in a half-circlish path, avoiding sharp bends - cleaning/lubricating the filament with a little sponge in a cup - fixating the lone z-axis-screw that is an Ender-3 shortcoming even though it works This is a remix of Ender 3 filament guide with Z-axis bearing support, unfortunately thingiverse won't let me mark the source other than by text. The only part changed is the 'cup' to hold a piece of sponge which will clean the filament from dust and other contamination and, if you put a drop of oil onto it, will lubricate the filament a bit. Printing with support is recommended. As the model has a long slope at it's arm it will benefit from fine resolution. I printed it with 3 perimeters but this could be increased for stability. I took another bearing from my old inliners, fits perfectly. FreeCAD source is included but won't let you change much but the cup.
