use 6 perimeters and 10 percent infill.. Cubic is what i chose. 6 wall count ensures the bottom of the knob that grips the extruder shaft (HA) is solid plastic and wont strip. i hope it confuses you as much as it does myself, enjoy one file is the knob. the other is them seperated for... other uses
