Ender3 Cover with MicroSD slot

This is for a MicroSD card. If you're looking for an SD card check out my remix link at the bottom of this summary. Thanks to @Skydog358 for the design and @tom666 for the Ender logo. I really liked Skydog358's design and idea, but I wanted the SD card slot to be horizontal to keep plastic from falling into the slot. I also wanted to have a choice for running the USB cord under the unit or out the right side of the box. The changes I made were to move the micro SD card slot to the top left and turn it horizontal. I needed to raise it up enough to run the cable underneath the SD card adapter. The depth of the cover was extended to 30mm to allow for the gentle bending of the cable and to fit the USB cable. I added Tom666's Ender logo to the top of the SD card box. A hole was added to the bottom of the cover and one on the right side for the USB cable. I also added a tab to secure the right side of the cover to the top of the motherboard box. The right side needed to be sanded down a little to give more room for the micro SD adapter.
