Ender3 Board Fan

Board fan of the Ender 3 won't turn on until the second layer due to its coupling with the filament cooling fan, leaving me uncomfortable with the fan off for extended periods during large prints. To address this issue, I designed an easy fix. The necessary component is a 50x50x15 blower fan (WINSINN 50mm Blower Fan 5V 5015), which can be found on Amazon in USB form, eliminating the need for wiring. The fan is secured with hot glue. Rubber bumpers are attached to prevent movement, and double-sided tape serves as an alternative solution. When placing wires, ensure they remain out of the way, utilizing clips such as those available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2880021 for optimal results. It's crucial that the fan pulls air out of the board case, opposite to how the built-in fan pulls air into the case. UPDATE: After using the fan for a while, I noticed warping on larger prints, specifically on the right corner. This might be due to the fact that the fan blows air directly under the bed, cooling the right corner excessively. To resolve this, I may need to add a duct to divert airflow to the side or front.
