3D Printer Calibration Hack: Ender 3 Print Head DTI Mount Upgrade As a seasoned 3D printer enthusiast, I strive to achieve precision in every aspect of my prints. During the calibration process, I sought to level my print bed with utmost accuracy, which prompted me to design and fabricate an innovative DTI mount for my Ender 3 print head. This ingenious mount enables seamless dialing-in of the four leveling points prior to initiating the bed mapping operation. The result is a perfectly calibrated print bed that ensures exceptional print quality. The custom-designed DTI mount is specifically tailored for an 8mm mounting post, providing a secure and reliable fit. Additionally, I have incorporated holes for two M3 screws, which can be tightened to adjust the bracket's tension on the print head. To facilitate easy printing and optimal bed adhesion, I have included two file options: * DTI Mount Bracket (without bed plate) * DTI Mount Bracket with 8.5mm Bed Plate These files are designed to provide a seamless upgrade experience for your Ender 3 printer, allowing you to take your prints to the next level of precision and quality.
