Ender3 (and others) 4040 extrusion endcap using original hardware from the printer
thingiverse
To complement an earlier post reattaching the Ender3's control panel, (thing:3914192) and inadvertently omitting a printed end-cap that utilized the original mounting screws to conceal the exposed end of the 4040 extrusion vacated by the control panel's relocation, I appended it to that post. Recognizing this design could also serve as an end cap for any 4040 extrusion threaded for 5 mm screws, I elected to submit it as a standalone "Thing" as well. Easy to manufacture in f3d, yet acknowledging there are individuals still struggling with CAD who require some assistance getting started, I've included the f3d file to enable effortless editing and adaptation for use with 2020 and 3030 extrusions as well.
