Ender3, 5 & CR10 Bowden/ Direct Drive Mount & Part Cooling

NB. This is currently only up for test purposes. I am making alterations as errors are found. This is a modular bowden or direct drive print head mount and part cooling solution utilising all stock parts. The part cooling flow is CFD analysed and optimisied to try and make the best of the available flow from the stock part cooling fan. An alternative duct is available that uses a 5015 blower for improved part cooling performance. All parts should be printed in the orientation in which they are downloaded. They have been designed to print with no support other than the Mount which requires a small amount of support from the build plate only. While they will work if printed from PLA I'd suggest printing them from PETG for enhanced temperature resistance, particularly if you are using the direct drive set up. Additional hardware will be required as follows: 9x M3 heat set threaded brass inserts. Ones around 5mm long will be ideal. 2x M3x8mm socket button head screws to secure the Duct Bracket to the Duct. 2x M3x10mm socket cap head screws to secure the duct assembly to the shroud. 2x M3x12mm socket cap head screws to secure the Shroud to the Mount. 3x M3x16mm socket button head screws to attach the 4010 hotend cooling fan to the Shroud/ Mount assembly. 2x M3x10mm socket button head screws to attach the Mount to the Creality X carriage plate. There is also provision to replace the stock screw that attaches the upper left roller with a M5x30mm socket cap head screw providing a more secure location to the Mount which fits over the head of the screw. If you are using the direct drive option then you can attach the stepper and extruder to the Stepper Mount using the stock hardware. The Stepper Mount is then secured to the Mount with the following: 2x M3x14mm socket cap head screws, 1x M3x12mm socket cap head screws and 3x M3 nut, preferably Nyloc. The Nyloc nuts fit into recesses in the stepper Mount. If you are using the BLTouch then you will require 2 further M3 threaded inserts and 2x M3x8mm socket button head screws. You will also require the harware to attach the BLTouch sensor to the mounting bracket. 19/4/2020: Version 2 of the part cooling duct uploaded after a test print showed errors derived from the original blower model. My fault for not checking stuff from other sources!
