I suggest using PETG. Bearing 608 is used. The bearing is recessed in the housing to keep the filament out of the gaps. The nuts are fused, size M3, diameter 5mm, height 3mm. The settings were: flow 97%, hole expansion -0.25mm (makes the holes looser).
