Ender/Tevo low profile part cooling fan duct

I decided to remix one of the better ducts on Thingiverse since none of them quite met my requirements. My main issue was that I already had some LEDs stuck to my hot end casing and needed more space for them. Additionally, I'd been using a popular ring duct, but as it's only supported by the fan attachment bolts, it sagged over time due to heat from the nozzle until it hit the print. This remix fixes several problems with the original design and improves airflow, which only cooled one side of the part. I added internal vanes to direct airflow all around the duct. The casing of the duct was reduced, allowing space for the LEDs. The tolerance of the clip that retains the left end of the duct inside the hot-end case was tightened up. Finally, slots were created to accommodate wiring for the LEDs. The Thingiverse 3D model preview is incorrect; there are no gaps in Cura or 3dsMax, as evident from my photos.
