Ender sprite water cooled heatsink
prusaprinters
This is a drop in replacement for the stock air cooled heatsink for the heat break of an ender sprite extruder. The actual heatsink and cap have to be made out of metal preferable aluminum which is what I made it out of. The gasket I laser cut out of a sheet of silicon and this does well to stop leaks. For the inlet and outlet a M5 tube adapter was used. I'm using these 3mm barbed tube fittings https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLZHFNSS?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 which provides decent flow although you can use larger tube diameter if you wish. The cap is screwed on with countersunk #4 screws which was just what i had available. The set screw for the heat break is the same one that was originally in the air-cooled heatsink. When installing make sure to unplug the original heat sink fan because it is not needed anymore.
