Design requirement needs: --------------------- - Have a large curved surface for the filament to run. - Smooth running with minimal friction. - Inexpensive - Print without support - Use readily available parts - Aesthetically pleasing Ingredients: --------------------- ####PLA - 7g - 2.34m - 1hr6mins for the bracket - 19g - 6.47m - 2hr53min for the shiv ####Balls - 4.8mm balls ideally (realistically between 4.7 to 4.9mm is probably ok) I used worn out steel balls from a bicycle hub. Anything spherical of the correct size will work.
