Ender Power Supply Cover with Shut off Switch

Its done! No longer a work in progress, at least 5 full prints and revisions, now its pretty much perfect. A cover for the Ender 2 Power Supply has been designed with a 2-piece body that slides over the unit. It also features a separate fan cover so you can glue it in place once aligned. The rear of the cover has a hinged door to conceal the electrical connectors. The bottom of the rear has slots to secure chords using cable ties. To accommodate different chord diameters, I had to file the large slot open slightly. A hole was drilled into the side for an on/off switch, allowing you to shut down the noisy Ender Power Supply. To install the switch, interrupt the black wire of your AC power chord and connect it to the outer silver lead of the switch. Then, run a wire from the center lead to the L screw on the power supply. Add a white wire to the brass lead from the switch and join it with the white wire going into the N screw on the power supply. Be cautious when working with AC line voltage - it can be fatal if not handled properly. Make sure to work with the power off and insulate all connections.
