Ender Filament Guide for use with Runout Sensor

This is designed for my Ender 3V2, which has the runout sensor attached. I didn't like the acute angle of the filament entering the sensor, after it was fitted. Choose any snap-in guide or use the one I have saved which is filboyt's design @ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2917932 (throw a tip his way, if you please!). I accidently built the male side upside down (snaps in from the bottom, up), but the fit was so tight, I didn't bother to change it. Feel free to do so, if you'd like. I included the male end Fusion360 file for you to flip and use, if that is helpful. Fusion360 files provided along with the mesh so that you can modify if you'd like. You can see that I actually clipped off the guide scaffold on my print, since it didn't seem like it was necessary. I left it included in the model, just in case you'd like to give it a whirl. Very easy to remove with some snips, post-print, or trim it off in F360 before making your own mesh. Feel free to use, re-post or modify any way you'd like, but a shoutout would be nice if you do. Wheel diameter is 2.5 inches (63.5mm). I used a nylon wheel that was marketed for clothes lines, since I had it laying around. You might want to get your own wheel and modify the model to a custom fit, before printing. Mine had a copper bushing inside, which fit perfectly on a nail (16d vinyl-coated sinker). I snipped the end of the nail off with a little bolt cutter and ground the rough end off. It created a very nice, low-friction, free-spinning setup. Print Settings: Printer: Ender 3V2 Rafts: Nope, but I generally brim Supports: Absolutely. Due to the 45-dgree angle, you'll need 'em. But, if you clip the guide scaffold off the digital model, before making your own mesh, you can print the model upside down. It doesn't lay perfectly flat, so you'll still need supports, but not as many. Resolution: Whatever. You know what works best for your setup. Infill: 10% +
