----------- Update 2023.02.22 ------------- Modified the bottom cover to add a fan boss for the pi4. The screw holes are fairly weak so be careful with them. -------------------------------------------------- There are 2 different versions of the main box. One of them (the one I use) doesn't have the Z stop hole. If you use a BLTouch or something similar you can use this one. If you're using the factory Z stop and don't want to extend wires, using the one with the z stop hole is the easiest. Print the electronics box with support, you can use a support blocker on the breather holes as these don't need support. To assemble, break away all the support and install your pi first. Once the pi is mounted, install your mainboard. When that is complete, slot in the top tab and glue it in place (I used testors model cement for this but hot glue or whatever will work). The top tab washer goes between the tab and the frame, you can glue this in place as well for convenience (see picture). The case bottom has provisions for the OEM fan so that can be installed in the same orientation it was originally. All mounting holes are M3 so the original M3x6 screws will work just fine. You can print this on a standard-size Ender 3, so I recommend printing this before you start on your ender extender project.
