Ender E3d V6 Fang & bltouch mount

So, this will allow you to use an E3D V6 on the ender3 with a Fang fan blower and a BLTouch. I like the way it works overall. I plan to make changes to make installation and removal of the BLTouch easier. I started working on this design because I couldn't find a good carriage plate mount for E3D V6 that would also work with a Fang blower. So, you can use the Fang design by Amass3d; it's really great. This design uses the mounting from the Media Mans Minimalist, which is exactly what was needed. You can get the cap to screw it in; I'll probably design my own once I figure it out. For the fan, you can use the stock one that comes with the E3D V6 or a 40mm one that plugs right onto the heatsink. I'll post a link to the one I'm currently using later; I might make my own that holds the fan and V6 with two screws eventually. I used Ludomante's carriage plate, which gave me the measurements it was designed for a stock A Micro Swiss; I took it and combined it with the others to create this. I changed all the measurements of the fan etc so it would work well with an E3D. Anyways, it works well but I plan to refine it. 2-16-2020 Here's a revised version that allows for the Fang to mount more firmly and be adjustable; I recommend using it over the older one.
