I was determined to find a solution that would enable the X gantry on my Ender 3 Pro to reach its full vertical extent, without compromising the delicate filament supply line. The current setup of turning the spool sideways worked well up to a height of around 180mm, but anything above that and I risked damaging or kinking the precious filament. So, I set out to create an innovative solution using PTFE tubing and a spare pneumatic fitting I had on hand.
