I've taken a popular BL Touch mount design from Thingiverse, specifically this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3148733. The original model required an M3 nut, but I didn't have one handy, so I reduced the hole size and simply used the bolt to drill into the plastic for a secure hold. You can find the wing attachment that goes with this part by following the link above, and full credit for it belongs to user "registeredthing".
