Ender 6 Y endstop relocation (EASY 30mm more!)
thingiverse
Easiest mod for your Ender 6, get 30mm on Y axis within 15minutes! I'm using Biqu H2 hotend and having 275mm on the Y, you can get to 290mm with stock hotend, which is basically the whole bed. Be aware that you will reach to parts in bed which are not directly heated and it might affect some of your prints bed adhesion. # The only thing you need in addition is one M3x10mm bolt! - Remove the existing Y End stop mount - Unscrew the far-right bolt from the right motor - Place the printed part and bolt it with M3x10mm bolt like here - Mount the endstop on the printed part, the top bolt of the endstop is just below the belt, so you're all good even if its not seems like that # Thats it, it should look like that # YES, you need to update the firmware! Add 30mm to your Y max movement, Done! # UPDATE due to uncalibrated flow on my printer I've had the holes too big at first, so I've fixed that and you should be good now
