Ender 6 Top Cover Spacer Mod For MGN12 Linear Rails

This is a spacer mod i made to enable me to use MGN12h linear rails on my Ender 6 as i do not have MGN9 available in my country. Thanks for the top cover design that i have already made initially from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4787779. It cannot fit MGN12 so i had to add some spacer. The linear rails built were from Vampyrex13 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5215316/files. Note: 1) I modded the top cover to enable me to use 12x12 cm fan to control the heat in the chamber. 2) For spacer, you can print just the bottom (4 files) to just have the spacer. However this leaves the top side some space. Bottom spacer has middle bolt that uses M3 hammer nut, you can choose not to use that if its hassle as i end up not using it as its stable enough. Without the top spacer, I'm already able to get nice heat temperature in the chamber. If you opt for all out then go for the top. You will also need to drill the hole in your acrilic / plexiglass cover using m3 drill. Printing: - Bottom and Top Spacer: 20% Infill, Standard Wall, Top and Bottom shall suffice. No support needed if you print them vertically. Use large brim like 20-40 to ensure it sticks to bed. Hardware: 1) Top Cover Fan Hole: 4 x M3 x 30 if not mistaken. Kinda forgot. If anyone measure let me know so i can correct it. 2) Bottom Spacer: - 4 x M4 x 30 Button Nut (replace existing nut) - 6 x M3 x 15 socket cap screws - 6 x M3 Nut - Optional for middle connector: 2x M3 socket cap screws and 2x m3 hammer nut. 3) Top Spacer: - 8 x M3 x 10 socket cap screws - 8 x M3 Nut Print Settings: - 20% infill, other standard wall & top bottom layer should suffice. - No support needed if you print the spacer vertically. Use large brim like 20 at least, i use 40 myself. Beware it is 25 cm height and may wobble a bit, but the design should have enough tolerances if there is just slight misalignment in the print.
