After purchasing an Ender 6 Offical Cover I noticed that the cover was slightly misaligned and wider than the printer, this caused the cover to fall off / drop during printing. The retainer rails simply use the existing bolt holes and screws that come with the Ender 6 to attach and solves the issues I had.
